Do you know I haven’t received NOT 1 call or email. but hey they did say once again today, "Purchasing is trying to find the part. " I ask, "How long can this take, and let me speak to your supervisor. " so I spoke to someone who said she was a supervisor said I could call and talk directly to her so we can get this matter resolved. She was also supposed to follow up with an email that I’ve never received. Well once again a lie, these clerks claim there’s no way they can put me through to anyone in particular person.

In my new house, they gave us a freon charge on the A/C for no service call charge or additional cost up to 1 lb free. which was all we neeeded. I think the problem is, is that consumers do not read their contracts. Most warranty companies have options that add other coverage to the basic plan. Also, consumers don't have fair and reasonable expectations. When he weather is 95 degrees outside, don't people think that EVERYONE is calling in?The contractors that home warranty companies use are RETAIL companies.
